She currently leads the Group People M&A Centre of Excellence at Azets, a PE-backed, multi-country professional services firm pursuing a buy-and-build strategy across Europe, partnering with deal teams on leadership assessment, people due diligence and post-close integration.
Previously, she spent over two decades at Accenture, most recently as European Lead for M&A Talent Integration, where she led the people and leadership integration of 30+ acquisitions per year (~10,000 employees annually).
She is known for bringing a pragmatic, integration-focused lens to leadership, culture and talent topics, translating people dynamics into concrete value protection and acceleration levers for investors and operators.
