As Chief Financial Officer, Stuart Fulton plays a pivotal role in shaping Aztec Group’s strategy, and has responsibility for the Finance, Legal and Workplace teams. As well as sitting on Aztec Group’s Board, Stuart also sits on the Executive Committee, with a focus on the overall financial and risk management, including accounting, audit, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis.

Stuart joined Aztec in 2024 and is an accomplished financial leader with a wealth of experience in strategic financial management, from technical accounting to financial operations, strategy and M&A.

Stuart spent over seven years at Vistra, most recently as Regional Finance Executive Director for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, he worked in various Corporate Development and Finance roles at Zuellig Pharma, one of the largest healthcare distribution companies in Asia.
