Nikhil Chadha is a Managing Director at EQT and Head of European Operations for the firm’s Infrastructure business. He joined EQT in June 2024 and is responsible for driving strategic value creation across EQT’s European infrastructure portfolio. In this role, he works closely with portfolio company leadership teams to unlock operational and strategic value across sectors including energy, transportation, healthcare, digital and AI infrastructure, industrials, and sustainability.

Prior to joining EQT, Nikhil served as Group Head of Operations and Business Transformation at ABB, where he led large-scale business transformation programs across the global organization. Also in his career, he held senior leadership roles in management consulting at Bain & Company and Kearney, advising global clients on strategy, value creation, and complex transformations.

Nikhil has background in both business studies and engineering and is based in Zürich, Switzerland, where he lives with his wife and two children.
