Jo Bennett was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ingenico in September 2025. With over 20 years of financial leadership, Jo brings extensive experience in value creation and financial and operational transformation to the company.

Jo was most recently Chief Financial Officer at McCarthy Stone, the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities. Prior to this, she was Chief Business Officer at Pizza Express where she was responsible for Finance, Legal, IT, Property, the value creation plan, business transformation and supply chain. Previously, Jo was Group CFO of Hilding Anders Group, a global bed and mattress manufacturer and retailer.

Jo has a strong private equity background having spent time as a Director at KKR Capstone, partnered with the Special Situations team, and a member of the Operations team at TPG Capital. Within both KKR Capstone and TPG Capital, Jo's remit was to drive portfolio company value creation throughout the life of the investments.

Jo originally trained as an accountant at EY and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Jo is from the UK and has two children, George and Issy. Jo enjoys being out on the sea and running.
