Gonzalo Temes Castrillon is a Partner in Kearney’s Madrid office and a senior leader in the firm’s Private Equity and Principal Investors practice in Europe. He leads Kearney’s Infrastructure and Private Equity work across Europe and oversees the firm’s broader Private Equity activities in Iberia.

Gonzalo advises leading private equity funds and infrastructure investors throughout the entire investment lifecycle, supporting them on identifying investment opportunities, shaping transactions and driving value creation in portfolio companies. He has extensive experience leading holistic transformation programmes focused on commercial excellence, cost transformation, procurement and supply chain performance, capital efficiency and Digital and AI enablement. He brings deep sector expertise in infrastructure across transportation, energy, data centers and social infrastructure, as well as in industrials and business services.
