Ana Alvarez Grullón is Partner at Keensight Capital, where she leads the firm’s ESG and sustainability agenda for the responsible investment activities of the fund and across its portfolio. With more than 15 years of international experience, she has built a career at the intersection of private equity, sustainable business strategy, and responsible investment.

At Keensight, Ana drives the integration of ESG into investment decisions and portfolio value creation, shaping policies and practices that align with global standards and investor expectations. Her work focuses on translating sustainability into strategic advantage for both the firm and its companies.

Prior to joining Keensight, Ana was a Senior Manager at EY, advising asset manager clients on ESG and sustainable finance. She worked with global investors to develop frameworks for climate action, regulatory compliance, and sustainability-linked investment strategies.

Earlier, she served as International Affairs and Sustainability Director at Atrevia, delivering projects in sustainable development and public affairs for multilateral organizations and European corporates.

Ana holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and an MBA from EAE Business School. She is also a CFA Institute certificate holder in ESG Investing.
